This is a dynamic role based in the San Francisco office– initiative and flexibility are essential. Team work is vital but you will be expected to take responsibility for your own clients and your own work. Familiar with the internet and in particular the Search Engine Marketing industry, the marketing position with Top Position is a rewarding and challenging role for an exceptional candidate.

Tasked with marketing the US services of one of Europe’s most successful SEM companies, , the successful candidate will design and implement marketing strategies with the aim of increasing online exposure, brand awareness, brand recognition amongst the target demographc and search positioning across the major search engines.

You will produce and distribute targeted, informed and engaging press releases, articles, editorial and news items and monitor media coverage of each piece. This information will be analysied and used in future articles and press correspondence to increase effectiveness and ultimately, brand awareness. Marketing campaigns will be fresh and well-planed, reflecting the core brand values of Top Position and the central client services being offered from the San Francisco office.

The successful marketer will understand the changing nature of the internet and be able to use these innovations to maximise the search position and develop successful marketing strategies in both the short and medium terms. Familiar with social media, article marketing, media liaison and press relations, you will be familiar with the application of social networks and online distribution channels.

A skilled communicator, you will apply the written word as effectively as the spoken one. Moving between press communication and liaison, you will provide a high level of customer service, reporting your findings, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring excellent response rates.
