Good pay per click and even better pay per click returns start with the appointment of the correct pay per click agency. As a Google-certified company and the pay per click management consultancy of choice for the likes of Shell UK, Ocean Finance and Majestic Wine, we like to think we know a thing or two. Not just about good pay per click but about good client relations. Read More

1. The Initial Conversation

You call us or we call you, whoever makes the first move, the initial conversation turns you on to Top Position’s more clicks for less approach to pay per click advertising. In this first discussion, we’ll talk through your management requirements, go over your experiences of pay per click and any areas of concern, plus talk through current campaign performance levels. If you require case studies from us, marketing literature or a written proposal, this is the stage when we will collate the information ready for electronic dispatch.

Depending on your internal deadlines, we’ll schedule a follow up call, either with a knowledgeable sales representative or with an experienced AdWords or Yahoo PPC account manager.

2. The Account Review

If you’ve opted for a complimentary pay per click account review, one of Top position’s search marketing executives will call you at a pre-agreed time. This stage of the process takes around 20 minutes to complete as the pay per click expert will work their way through the entire AdWords or Yahoo! Panama account with you.

From basic procedure such as checking the campaign structure to an analysis of each ad group, the account review is a chance to see what’s performing well and what isn’t up to scratch. Keyword choice and matching options will be assessed, targeting techniques will be examined and advert text studied. Account statistics will also be discussed along with bid strategy.

Following the telephone review, a written summary of all the points discussed will be sent to you by email. This report will contain an overview of the account performance along with suggestions for its improvement, work to be carried out immediately and expected changes to returns.

3. The Second Call

After the account review and written analysis, the paperwork will be sent over for you to complete. This gives Top Position permission to manage your pay per click accounts. You can choose from just Google management, just Yahoo, just MSN or a combination of the three. Now that the service package has been decided, a pay per click search specialist is assigned to manage and optimise the account.

4. Development

Now that you’ve appointed Top Position to manage your pay per click account, we’ll get to work on campaign optimisation. After drafting an initial plan of action, your search marketing executive will start to put their expertise into action, delivering more targeted traffic and a better return on investment. Pay per click is all about measurable results so along with filling bid gaps, increasing keyword spread and responding to user behavioural trends, we’ll also be keeping an eye on the dozens of statistics and reports we use to track account performance.
